- Do you develop FA equipment in any industry?
- Yes, leave it to us. FA Toms Inc., Ltd. has developed FA equipment of various scales, applications, and processes. We manufacture FA equipment regardless of industry or field, so please feel free to contact us.

- Can you also repair and maintain FA equipment manufactured by other companies?
- Yes, we also repair and maintain FA equipment made by other companies. Please contact us for details, as some items such as drawings of FA equipment must be prepared in advance.

- Can you also modify the FA equipment?
- Yes. It is possible. If it is possible to modify some of your FA equipment without introducing new FA equipment, we will propose it as such. We will make the best proposal considering cost, delivery date, and productivity, so please contact us first.

- Do you have an office overseas?
- Currently, we do not have an office outside of Japan, but we have an interpreter. We can respond to inquiries by e-mail and accompany you to meetings.

- Is it possible to develop the entire production line?
- Yes. It is possible. We can build a production line using multiple FA devices. We will draw up the details and make the best proposal.

- Can you suggest the best FA equipment for our product and process?
- Yes, leave it to us. We will propose FA equipment that suits your purpose. Also, please tell us about your needs, such as productivity or operating rate improvement. We will make the best proposal.

- If we need only one part, can you make just one part?
- We have abundant processing equipment, so you can manufacture quickly. In addition, most of the parts can be shipped by air.

- Are you flexible in making proposals within our limited budget?
- Yes, please contact us. The cost of FA equipment is also important in the operation of the factory. We will ask you about the performance and functions of FA equipment that you need and make the best proposal.

- We are in a hurry. Can you handle short delivery times?
- Yes, please contact us. FA equipment development is consistently carried out in-house, and we have a system that can flexibly respond to your delivery dates.
