Consultation, suggestions
Sharing issues and setting goals.
Please feel free to contact us about FA development. We will start by understanding and sharing issues at the production site. We will discuss with the person in charge and decide whether it is possible to modify the existing machine, whether it is necessary to introduce new FA equipment, or whether it is necessary to remake the entire line.

STEP 2
Mechanical design, electrical design
From request to technical drawings.
We design FA equipment based on customer requests and specifications, such as how much space is available in the factory, whether one unit needs to perform many roles, and whether we are aiming for complete automation. We also support customers to bring their own blueprints.

STEP 3
Parts processing, control panel manufacturing
Thorough quality control at our own factory.
Based on the design drawing, we will manufacture necessary parts and control panels such as metal processing, programming, and electrical wiring. Since FA TOMS has its own parts factory, it is possible to realize cost reduction by thorough quality control, strict adherence to delivery dates, and reduction of intermediate margins.

STEP 4
Assembly, Operation test
Confirmation of operation by long-term operation.
We will assemble the manufactured parts, check the operation and brush up. By repeating the improvement, we can manufacture stable FA equipment with higher operating rates that meet our standards.

STEP 5
Delivery, installation work
We serve the domestic as well as the international market.
Our engineers will be responsible for installing the completed FA equipment on site. Since the installation is performed by a specialized technician, there is the advantage of being able to flexibly deal with unexpected troubles at the installation site.

STEP 6
maintenance
For safe use.
Even after delivery, we will dispatch a technician for maintenance if requested. Since engineers are dispatched to the site, troubles can be solved on the spot.
In addition, stock is prepared in-house so that parts can be supplied immediately. In the unlikely event that there is no stock, it can be manufactured immediately at the processing factory and send to you swiftly (depending on place and transportation conditions the delivery time may vary)
